WHAT IS INTEGRAL COACHING?

understand your purpose

COACHING FOCUSED ON THE “WHO”.

Do you ever feel that you want more from yourself and your life? That something is missing? Call it a persistent or uncomfortable feeling which may lead to anxiety and/or doubt that there is perhaps more to life.

Integral coaching takes a holistic approach to understanding your individual purpose. It connects your mind, body and spirit to reveal your true self. Through a customized engagement plan and meaningful practice, you will go on a growth journey to uncover what is truly important and apply your unique capabilities both personally and professionally.

The Vandre integral coaching engagement process typically follows this path:

  • 30-minute “Fit” Call
  • 90 to 120-minute Background Call (Intake).
  • 60-minute Customized Development Plan
  • 60-minute sessions every other week for 10 sessions
  • Between sessions engage in practices and self-observations

CLIENT PROFILES —
DO YOU SEE YOURSELF HERE?

Vandre works with a variety of business leaders, from business owners to C-Suite. They all have one goal in common:  transformation.

STRONGER,
NOT TOUGHER

TRUSTING SELF,
THEN OTHERS

A small business owner wanted to be tougher. Instead we focused on her inherent tenderness as a strength. Her desire then shifted to wanting to be stronger instead. As a result of our work, she opened a new business that was aligned with her values and strengths.

A C-Suite leader had the overwhelming desire to be a better leader, but didn’t know where to start. We helped him focus on trusting himself. Through trusting himself, we became able to trust others and now leads with vulnerability rather than control. He says leading is now fun and enjoyable.

AUTHENTIC
SELF

IMPROVING
RELATIONSHIPS

An SVP was faced with so much negativity from a lifetime of being forced to fit into societal norms. She wanted a return to feeling positive. We showed her how focusing on her own uniqueness and strengths outside of those norms was her superpower. Now grounded in her own values she positively engages in processes as her authentic self.

Another SVP felt the need to improve relationships and influence. Starting with a deeper awareness of himself, and implementing transference, he was able to bring his awareness of others and their needs to the forefront. He realized that relationship to self provides a base layer for influence and relationships with others.

CLARIFYING
PERSPECTIVE

An experienced small business owner wanted the next decade of life to not feel like the blur of the earlier part of his career. We helped him focus on slowing down to create contemplative time. This shift in perspective showed him how to pivot from compartmentalizing to a longerterm view, reclarifying the importance of his role and his achievements.
